He started his illustrious career immediately after graduating as a Quantity Surveyor from University Technology Malaysia. With an MBA in Management Strategy from Southern Cross University Australia, Dato Sri Izudin has meticulously honed his business making skills and proven his leadership mettle in commercial ventures. Besides his involvement in business, Dato Izudin is also a community leader and tirelessly commits his time towards social responsibility and community buildings projects. At present Dato Izudin is the President of Persatuan Warga Cinta Negara Malaysia (PENCINTA) under the patronage of YAB Datin Paduka Seri Rosmah Mansor, wife of YAB Dato Seri Mohd Najib Tun Abd Razak. He is also a Council Member for the university Kuala Lumpur.

Colonel Naharuddin Shaari (Retired)

Last appointment in the service was the Commandant of the Malaysian Peacekeeping Training Centre (MPTC) at Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan. He had served well in the Malaysian Armed Forces for the past 35 years. He possesses wide range of experiences of commanding from level of Platoon Commander to the Battalion. Due to his exceptional ability, he was selected to command 5`” Battalion of Royal Rangers Regiment as part of 5th Malaysian Contingent (MALCON V) to serve in Bosnia Herzegovina as peacekeeping force. He was also selected by the leadership of the Malaysian Armed Forces to be attached and assigned as United Nations Sector Commander of UNIKOM (United Nation Iraq Kuwait Observation Mission) in Kuwait in year 2002/2003. His experience in military training and management is enormous. He was an instructor to various training institutions of Malaysian Army the likes of Army Combat Training Centre, Royal Military College and Army War Game Centre. He has the wealth of experience in military peacekeeping operations. Besides, he is also highly recommended to handle Civil Military relationship. He is also qualified to give an expert advice and guidelines on strategy and global peace. He is widely sought for international seminars. He has given countless lectures on peacekeeping locally and internationally. He had trained military personnel right from recruits up to higher rank military officers. Was also exposed to international working environment such places like Bosnia Herzegovina and Middle East. He was also trained in England and USA at military institutions that made the exposures as an added value to his work ethics. Upon retirement he worked with a leading Security Company. He led the company’s operation division successfully. He is a graduate of National University of Malaysia (UKM) and holds a Masters degree in Defence and Policy Analysis.

Ex-Commando officer was commissioned on 22nd May 1982 in the Malaysian Special Forces. Last appointment in the service was staff officer gred two at Army Field Command Camp Sungai Besi Kuala Lumpur.

He has served in Malaysian Armed Forces for the past 25 years. He possesses wide range of experiences as Commando duties from level of Troop Commander to Squadron Commander. Due to his ability in the year 1996 he was selected to lead Combat Rescue Team to be part of Military Peace Keeping Force of the 2nd Malaysian Contingent (MALCON II) in Bosnia and Herzegovina. He was also selected as United Nation Military Observer of UNIKOM (United Nation Iraq-Kuwait Observer Mission) in the year 2002-2003.In the year 2006 he optionally retired from the Armed Forces. He has got experience work as security manager at Security Company for 5 years.

He is a graduate from National University of Malaysia (UKM) holds a Diploma in Strategic Study.
